When purchasing an item it is always possible that the purchased item can not be processed in case of a lack of availability. We will cancel the order and contact the buyer through e-mail. Please keep in mind all items are limited!
Purchases can be made through iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, the most trusted internet payment processing company. Personal contact information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties.
REFLEQTION will ship orders out within 2 business days from the date of purchase. The duration of the shipment depends on the address it was sent to. Orders outside of The Netherlands will have longer shipping durations. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please note that shipping policies may vary over time and we ask you to check this page regularly.
In addition, please note that customers ordering outside Europe will be responsible for all import tax charges.
Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered items, all products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All products must be unworn and unwashed with all the tags attached. Any product purchased on sale cannot be returned. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. We don´t cover the shipping costs of returning your goods. Please order carefully. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us for the quickest response.
All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that are incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted. Please add your personal information inside the package. Return costs are for the customer and are non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated by REFLEQTION customer service. When returning, we will not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. After a return has been processed REFLEQTION will repay the amount the customer paid for the goods, as soon as possible. This payment will be done no later than 30 days after the return or renocation. When free shipping is applies, we still charge the shipping costs by deducting it from the total refund amount.
